Deena has years of experience as a consultant, Board Member and administrator in the world of education and non-profit organizations. She is a partner in an executive search firm that focuses on finding senior-level administrators for colleges, universities and non-profits. In the past, she has served on the Board of Trustees of Emerson Hospital, as President of the Concord/Carlisle Community Chest and as President of the League of Women Voters of Massachusetts. In her role as League President, Deena did extensive public speaking throughout the state, managed over one hundred local Leagues and was the spokesperson for several state-wide ballot initiatives.
