Jeanine is currently writing a memoir cookbook that she hopes to have published soon. She has worked on college campuses leading international student and scholar programming and more recently has conducted nutritional coaching and cooking classes. As the Executive Director of Open Table she oversees the operations, development and administrative functions of the organization. In the past, she has been involved with the Concord Carlisle Parent Initiative, the CCHS Grants Committee, The Free Wheel Chair Mission, Indiana Governor’s Planning Council for People with Disabilities – Partner in Policy Making and numerous church-related initiatives.
