Stamp Out Hunger – Saturday, May 11

This Saturday, May 11th, is the annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive. The National Association of Letter Carriers will once again spread out across America to help provide assistance to Americans who are struggling with hunger.

This year donations in Concord will be delivered to Open Table. Just leave a bag (or bags) of non-perishable food by your mailbox before your regular mail pick-up on Saturday, May 11, and your letter carrier will do the rest.

In particular, we are looking for:

• Mini packages of 100% juice or chocolate milk boxes
• Boxes of fruit and/or grain based granola bars
• Rice, noodle and/or grain side dishes
• Canned tuna in water
• Jam or jelly
• Ground coffee – regular or decaf
