Volunteer Manager
Open Table, Food Relief Organization, Maynard, MA serving a 23-town region making a positive difference in our local community during times of great need.

Reports to:  Program Manager
Hours: Part-time, specific hours to be discussed.
Salary: 18-$25 hr commensurate with experience level.
Start: February 1, 2021

The exciting, mission-critical position that is responsible for making sure Open Table is well powered by the placement of the 400-person volunteer workforce into multiple daily shifts.

Weekly recruiting, orienting, placing, and scheduling of volunteers with support from a volunteer management software program. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required. Human resources or volunteer management experience is highly desirable. Commitment to the mission important. Golden opportunity for someone to help select and launch our new volunteer management software. Experience with volunteer management or customer relationship software is a plus.

● 20 hours per week-10 hours on-site and 10 hours off-site
● On-site hours Monday-Thursday; exact schedule to be mutually determined with the Program Manager
● Off-site hours to be managed by the incumbent
