In How the Other Half Eats: The Untold Story of Food and Inequality in America, author Priya Fielding-Singh follows four families from across the income spectrum, weaving “lyrical storytelling and fascinating research into a compelling narrative” (Chronicle Review) to examine nutritional disparities in our country.
