Thank you to The Concord Bridge for sharing this news: Concord Chef Ben Elliott of Saltbox Farm had the winning dish, just barely edging out the creations of Chef Kelcy of Wright-Locke Farm and Chef Matt Kenah of WECO Hospitality at Open Table’s Chopped for Charity 2023, hosted by Joe Gatto of From Scratch. But the real winner was our mission; thank you to all who generously supported our efforts to end hunger in our local community.
