Annual Meeting Notice

In accordance to Article 3, Section 1 of the Bylaws, an annual meeting has been called for September 23, 2020 @ 7:00 P.M. 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the event will be virtual this year. Please refer to our website @ www.opentable.org for the meeting link and instructions. 

The meeting is open to the public.
