Thoreau Winter Is Coming Food Drive

The Thoreau Elementary School community is organizing a “Winter is Coming” food drive in honor of recent retirees Debra Frederick, Peggy Harrington, Karla Keefe, Donna Macone, Maria Schofield, Roseanne Swain, and Mehrnoosh Watson. Winter weather and comfort food favorites such as soups, stews, hot chocolate, and mac and cheese are suggested items, and all will be donated to Open Table to bring comfort to neighbors in need this winter. Items may be left at the collection bins outside the building (29 Prairie Street, Concord) at any time.

We are so thankful to be a part of this lovely honoring of Thoreau Elementary School retirees. Thank you for including us in your celebration of these folks who have given so much to the community.
