Open Table is forever grateful for the ongoing support of the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest. Most recently we were honored to receive a generous grant at their annual Day of Giving event, a lovely reception held this year outdoors at Verrill Farm on a beautiful (albeit windy) day, June 3rd. Pictured (thanks to Kate Eden Renyi Photography) are our Executive Director, Jeanine Calabria, and Board Member and Fundraising Chair, Michele Fisher, with Abby White and Tara Martin of the Chest’s Allocation Committee. The grant funds will help support the general operation of our food pantry and meals programs for the coming year – help that will have a significant impact as we expand our mobile programming offerings and ramp up to distributing over 1000 prepared meals each week, furthering to spread #MoreLoveLessHunger.
