Three Square New England’s Ultimate Food Rescue Challenge will feature an all-star line up of Boston-area chefs who will demonstrate that recovered food (and at times ugly) tastes good with a little bit of creativity and a lot of heart. These chefs believe that reducing food waste in commercial and home kitchens can curb the alarming 40% of food that gets wasted each year.
Join us for an evening of sumptuous chef-inspired small plates and a full night of fun, friends and a fabulous auction.
