If you have been to OpenTable before, and need an appointment time, or want to update your information or request a replacement client card, call 978-331-0252. Do not use the online registration form below.
If you are new to Open Table – Follow these steps to register! You only need to do it once!
Open Table’s pantry service is open to those who reside in the central Middlesex county area.

*People who work in Concord or Maynard that live outside our service area may also shop with proof of employment in either of these towns.
Registering allows you to visit any of our pantry sites or place an online order.
No ID or proof of need required!
If there are multiple people in your household, enter their information by clicking the “add another household member” link at the bottom just above the “submit” button.
Once the registrar has processed your form, they will reply to you via email or phone to verify your appointment time. You will receive a Client Card with a scannable barcode and client number at your next visit.
For your first online order, say “YES” when the order form asks if you have a Client Card and enter NEW for your client number.
If you prefer to register by phone, Call 978-331-0252 and leave a message with your number and best time to reach you.
Pre-Order your Groceries
Once you have registered you can pre-order groceries for your next appointment!
- Go to opentable.org/order-form
- Fill in the ORDER FORM for Clients with Appointment Times and Client Number
- Use your Client Number and Appointment Time when filling out the form
- Fill in the form and click Submit.
- Pickup your Order at your next appointment!
You can only place an order Thursdays 5pm – Monday 12pm (noon).
