Barbara Fisher is a retired health care executive who spent the last several years as a Senior Vice President at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. In this role she was responsible for day to day operations, strategy and business development, financial planning and budgeting, and information technology for multiple areas. During her tenure she developed clinical programs serving the central Massachusetts communities as well as oversaw numerous facility improvement projects. Prior to joining UMass, Barbara was a Vice President at Cambridge Health Alliance and a Senior Manager in the health care consulting group at Ernst and Young. Formerly she was on the Board of the Concord Carlisle Scholarship Fund.

Barbara volunteers at Open Table distributing weekly groceries and prepared meals. She has also been assisting the management staff with the expansion of the mobile meals program.

Barbara and her husband have lived in Concord for 33 years. She has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
