UPDATE: Neither Snow, Nor COVID…

UPDATE: Important Notice to Open Table Guests and Volunteers

Due to the increase in the severity of the weather forecast for Thursday December 17, Open Table will not be holding its regular drive-through panty. Limited staff will be onsite. All volunteer shifts are cancelled. If you are a guest in urgent need of groceries, please come to the front door at 33 Main Street between 1 and 4pm and someone will assist you.

All guests (including those with Thursday appointments or new guests) are welcome on Tuesday, December 22nd between 10am and 6:30p.  We expect the line to be short between 11am to 12:30pm and after 4:30pm. Guests should enter the drive through at the Municipal Parking lot at Summer Street across from the Fine Arts Theater.

Neither rain, not sleet, nor snow, nor COVID-19 stays this dedicated team from focusing on our mission. We will be open for pantry distribution on Thursday (December 17th), despite the predicted snow storm. We hope that the brunt of the storm will have passed by the time we open the pantry; and we will do our best to keep the parking lot and paths clear. We leave it up to our volunteers and guests whether they feel they are able to come (please do not if you do not feel it is safe), but our staff will be there. We will be closed December 23- January 3rd so we want to be sure to get food to those that need it before the closure.
