We’re Hiring: Community Connections Coordinator

The Community Connections Coordinator (CCC) serves as a welcoming and trusted resource for individuals and families seeking food assistance and connections to other human services. This position combines client engagement, outreach, resource navigation, and referral coordination to help Open Table clients move towards financial stability. In order to best serve our clients, the person in this position must be fluent in English and as well as either Portuguese (preferred) or Spanish.

The CCC will build relationships with clients, community partners, and service providers, facilitate referrals to meet client needs, and help ensure equitable access to resources for diverse populations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, culturally responsive, highly organized, and committed to serving individuals and families with dignity and respect.
