Mashed Carrots and Parsnips

Recipe: Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:

6 oz salted butter, melted

4 to 5 tbs Dijon mustard

3 Tbs honey
-
1 tsp curry powder
Directions

Mix all ingredients in small bowl, and taste.

Adjust by adding more honey, curry powder or mustard until it tastes delicious.

Use to glaze baked chicken or salmon in the last five minutes of baking, on pretzels, or get creative!
