Recipe: Maple Glazed Salmon
Maple Glazed Salmon
This simple glaze is a great way to use local maple syrup for more than pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedges
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the maple syrup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the baking pan. Coat the salmon generously with the maple syrup mixture.
- Bake until just done, about 10-12 minutes, or 115-125F.
- Squeeze lemon wedges over salmon just before serving.
